  Research
Based on Wards training, Research is divided into 3 steps.
They are: Chain of Title (F.I.T.E.S.), a Physical Inspection and Ordering Documents from your Title Companies.

Jr. Bene Buyout
The Jr. Bene Buyout shows you when there is a Jr. Trust Deed, how much of it will be paid off, depending on an estimate of how much the the property will sell for at auction and a price range for how much you should pay for each Jr. Trust Deed.
